Since I have been coming to Biofeedback sessions my chronic sleep problems been almost totally eliminated after 3 sessions.

Also my stress and anxiety levels have decreased very much.

I am a firm believer in this new technique and will continue coming here to improve on my elevated blood sugar and high cholesterol as well as other chronic problems that I am having.
